General Information

Pets are not permitted anywhere in the clubhouse or pool areas, tennis courts or any of the other outside facilities. They are not permitted in the Ventura ( Condo ) buidings. Pets are not permitted on any of the common areas. Osceola County has a leash policy which means all pets must be on a leash at all times. Owners must clean up mess immediately.

Equipment for the outside activities are available from the Welcome Centre. There is no charge for using the equipment, but a small deposit or credit card imprint is required at check out to insure against damage or loss.

The cost of replacing any item that is lost, broken, damaged or removed by any member or guest shall be charged.

Lights on the tennis, basketball & volleyball courts will be turned off after use.

Please relinquish the court after 1 hours play if anyone else is waiting.

Do not lean or climb on any nets

Movies are shown daily from a wide choice

Requests for particular titles & times can be made in the Sundry Shop.

These are situated in the games room.

The DVD kiosk holds 110 discs & is operated by using a credit card,

The ATM machine takes all major credit/debit cards

A variety of coin operated games are available

• 12 video games
• 1 football game
• 2 pool tables

Tables are located at the pool deck covered area. Equipment is available from the Sundry Shop, or when closed, from the Welcome Centre.

Please be aware not all local food delivery firms are allowed into the resort. This is due to them continually dropping flyers in doorways, which is against resort rules. If in doubt please ask at the Welcome Centre.

Please note : the slide has different opening hours depending upon season The pool area must be vacated if very bad weather is expected & will not re-open for a half hour after the weather clears. This closure is at the sole discretion of the Resort Manager

The Windsor Hills Community TV channel is shown on TV channel 98 in your vacation home

The Welcome Centre is open 8.00am -10.00pm daily.

Pool passes are available on production of your rental voucher. A $10 returnable deposit is required
